Who we are
Ascendra provides enterprise AI security and governance advisory services. For questions concerning this website or information you share with us, contact info@getascendra.com.
What information we receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, organization, role, inquiry details, and communications you voluntarily provide. Our website hosting provider may process necessary technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to operate and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, arrange requested meetings, evaluate whether our services fit your needs, and maintain essential correspondence and security records. We do not sell contact information.
Customer portal and inquiries
The public portal demonstration uses fictional records and does not accept document uploads. An activated private workspace may process engagement records, stakeholder details, and assessment documents submitted by authorized users. These documents are stored in the Microsoft 365 location configured for that client. Contact links open your email application; you choose whether to send the message.
Consultation requests
If you submit the consultation form, Ascendra uses the contact details and message you provide to respond and coordinate a meeting. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and, when enabled, Resend for email delivery to info@getascendra.com. The optional direct-email link opens your email application; you choose whether to send that message.
AI Runtime Readiness Self-Assessment
Your assessment answers and results are calculated in the current page. They are not saved to browser storage or sent to Ascendra unless you choose to request a deeper review. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. You may download or print your result without providing contact details.
If you request a deeper review, we receive your name, email, company, optional role and note, assessment answers and result, and the wording and time of your consent. We use these to respond to your request. The form uses the same Cloudflare Turnstile and email delivery services as consultation requests. Opening the optional prepared-email link puts this information into your email application; you decide whether to send it. A review request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Hosting providers may still process technical request metadata as described in this notice.
Ascendra Galaxy game
Ascendra Galaxy runs in your browser using fictional bots. It does not ask for a name, email address or account, and it does not connect to customer portal records. Personal best scores are stored in this browser’s local storage; clearing site data removes them. If storage is unavailable, scores last only for the current session. Challenge links include a score, difficulty and game seed or date. You choose whether to share a link or download a scorecard. There is no public leaderboard or server-side score verification.
Cookies and analytics
This initial website does not intentionally set marketing tracking cookies or include third-party advertising pixels. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technical processing to operate the website. If additional analytics or tracking is introduced, this notice should be updated.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for business communications, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, subject to applicable requirements. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, where applicable law provides those rights.
Security and international services
We take reasonable steps to protect communications, but no website or electronic communication method is completely risk-free. Service providers involved in hosting and email delivery may process data in jurisdictions outside your country, subject to their service terms and applicable safeguards.
Changes
This notice may be revised as the website and its integrations evolve. The date at the top indicates the current draft's effective date.
Consultation bookings
When online scheduling is enabled, Ascendra uses Microsoft 365 Bookings to check team availability and create your appointment. We share your name, email, organization, optional phone number and message, chosen time, and time zone with Microsoft to arrange the consultation and send meeting details. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. The public booking page does not display team members’ private calendar events.
Cloudflare stores a limited reservation record to prevent duplicate bookings, including a hashed email-and-time identifier, internal staff and appointment identifiers, and a booking reference. These records expire after the appointment plus one day, or two days after submission, whichever is later. Appointment records remain in Microsoft 365 under Ascendra’s retention settings.
